I'm rebuilding some older characters through HL from Chummer in accordance with my GM's wishes of players using the same format, and sparked a thought.

I was reconstructing an Adept Face with a focus on becoming an entirely different pre-determined personalities linked to the SINs he has. To offer the most amount of
"effectiveness" from my options, I keep 3-4 SINs each with a different country. For the character I was remaking, for example, one SIN was linked to a Lone Star badge in the CAS, another the FBI for UCAS, and a private security consultant from Tir Tairngire, in addition to one from one of the NAN (I forgot what the 'job' license was for with this one).

Licenses for CCW and such are common, but does anyone else do other deviations with their level of detail?

Spy Games, page 143 has a great reference (SIN & License). Reprinting for convenience:

Rating 1: Basic physical description of the subject (height, weight, hair/eye color), current history (current address, current employment, vehicle registration), no confirming databases

Rating 2: As included in 1, plus fingerprint records, five years of employment history, one local database (e.g., A or AA corporate branch tied to former employer)

Rating 3: As included in 2, plus employment and criminal background check, two local databases (local city plus a shopping database)

Rating 4-5: As included in 3, plus voice print, five or more data trail history searches, three or four general databases containing corroborating data (e.g., issuing government, meFeeds, city and shopping databases)

Rating 6: As included in 4, plus DNA profile, check of most major available databases (e.g., issuing government, AAA corporations, meFeeds, information from social networks and blogs, and several local security and city databases)

Very useful Spellbinder.

I hadn't ever looked at Spy Games, which is surprising, since I prefer a stealth/cloak and dagger style of campaign.

Thanks.
