Because I can totally see a Shadowrun GM reading their book just before the session starts and scribbling down, "Magazine capacity 7...Laser sights is a +1...and...Magazine? *Double checks* MAGAZINE!?! *Swipes every thing off the table onto the floor* Ever since 1st Edition they've ALWAYS described a gun's bullet capacity as CLIPS!!!" *Throws $60 book against the wall in a blind rage. Stomps on it a few times while bracing it at a 45-degree angle against a sturdy wall. Tears half the pages out before throwing the combined mess into their fireplace.* FUCK THIS GAME! Those simpering assholes at CGL want to pander to the elitist gun wonks at the expense of my favorite game, they can go fuck themselves!" *Pulls out smartphone and starts a Rage Text to the all the group members* <Shadowrun sucks! Let's play WoD! It's made by a REAL game company!> |

Soooo is comparing the CGL writers to a liberal, anti-gun Senator supposed to debunk or enhance my earlier statement? I'm confused. I mean, the sheer number of dumb things politicians say in front of nationally televised news cameras...

Ha, in my country we have tv news showing the guns aprehended by the police during a favela raid with something like this: "the police also aprehended 10 machine guns" while the scene in the screen shows 10 assault rifles...
