So, I ventured to the EP forums and asked around as regarded GMs looking for players. I've got a newb on the line (he hasn't yet read the corebook,) but who is interested in running an online game, and he asked me if I had anyone else who would be interested.

Here's the thread. His Skype is reporting him as being in Texas, and he professed a preference for play in the evenings, but other than that his schedule seems to be open.

And, against my better judgement, I'm putting this here, in writing, to my fellow Dumpshockers only for now: If we get a goodly-sized group assembled (5-6 players not including the GMm) and he flakes out, I'll step up to the plate and run the motherfragger.
