i am beginning the process of developing a Evil AI for the running to go retrieve the catch is she will be in a retired Nuclear Submarine's Mainframe will full autonomous control of the submarine is there a flaw i could give her for being either mad or insane almost tempting to this AI evolve form a ghost in the machine who been stuck in this sub for years learning to control the sub

That's an artful run-on sentence you have there...

That aside, you can use the rules for mental disorders from page 163-164 of Augmentation, as guidelines at least if you don't see anything you like.
