I did some hunting around and couldn't find a thread about this. Could a TM make a simsense complex form? It's for an idea I am working on involving Resonance Trodes and Psychotropic options on Simsense Complex forms.

What, exactly, are you looking for?
A Technomancer can create a Psychotropic effect (Option) for a CF. They can also take a CF in such things as Virtual Walls and such (assuming they would want to... I know Mine did). I even assume that they can Create a Full on Production of a Simsense Experience, again, assuming they would want to do that.
