I know it's unlikely to ever get an official treatment, but I was hopeing to get enough info and opinions to put together some guidelines.

I have a player who wants to create spells and neither of us is sure how to "balance" them.

And then compare Drain Codes to Past/Present Spells and then adjust accordingly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
