Short bit. Character is on a bit of a run, there are some problems with death spiral butterflies, causing him to get in a fight with his team and them losing what they were sent to collect. At the time of the run he was part of a university and thought it was a legitimate research expedition.

Now negative qualitys. Need 15, have the other 10 figgered out.
Hunted and National SIN
Or
Flashbacks 7(fluttering things like butterfly wings)
Phobia 7 uncommon butterflies(death spiral), mild
Debt 1 Money or favor to get fake SIN.
