I had fun with an emerged (is that right?) racoon in 4th ed that tried to steal a drone. Nobody expects non-humanoids to be hackers, and their goals are...different.

In the old Paranormal Animals of NA book they spoke of Bandits. Awakened Raccoons. One guy swore one broke into his vehicle and was working the radio. That had to be what 20+ Years ago? Old concept on that one. lol

Emergent raccoons are called Libertines, they (as well as Bandits) are still described and statted up in Howling Shadows.
