One of the German additions in Arsenal 2060 (translated Cannon Companion)

The Walther Nova II was planned as the German equivalent of the Ares Predator, but this heavy pistol did not achieve a real breakthough despite aggressive marketing strategies. The Nova II is equipped with an integrated laser sight and if desired by the customer comes with a custom finish or embossing/engraving at no additional charge. The Nova II cannot mount underbarrel attachments.

Conceal 5, Ammo 15c, SA, 9M, Weight 3.25, Availability 4/12 hrs, 1250 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nuyen.gif) , Street Index 1, Legality 6P-E, no RC

Edit: Sorry, wrong line in the table. Still, a custom finish for 1250 sound slightly exploitable (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I guess that was the aim, given the uber additions that came before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

That kind of matches the flavor text, though - heavy pistol intended to compete with the Predator that flopped. Still, it would be a good gun for face types who want a bit of flash or style, but without giving up a heavy pistol's stopping power.
