Digging through the dusty corners of the Web and we found this draft for the Neo-Anarchist Guide to the Awakened.

This would be later published as 2nd Edition Awakening: New Magic in 2057, but it is neat to look at its early forms especially all the shadow talk, even if it is a bit of a wall of text.
