Re-watching Futurama makes me want a Shadowrun slice-of-life comedy. You could do quite a bit just showing the stupid thing that happen during downtime. Hiring a new member because the old one died under mysterious circumstances, making fast cash to pay rent because Mr. J screwed you, or stealing the rigger's van back from lock-up when the Star found out the registration wasn't real. Maybe an episode showing parts of the big run from everyone's perspective, and also they're all lying.

Anyone have other "brilliant" ideas?
