... 'cause, what else does a retired, isolated, bored gamer do but think up characters and runs?
Something to spark GM and fellow gamer(s). A little vignette about Quick Willie and Bongo Slade in Baltimore: P.S. sunnyside! Your mailbox is full, and I couldn't alert you. [ Spoiler ]

I don't want to know anything, or even to get any feedback. I just figured out of the tens of thousands of members on DS, there would be a few who would be interested if a story showed up. I tend to read any that are posted.
The purpose behind this thread is to re-spark interest among DM/players in a campaign based in Baltimore (known to some as Charm City). After a brief flurry of interest, conversation has flagged. The DM had posted in the "Runners Looking for a Johnson" thread, sussing out interest in a campaign with a 'neighbourhood' theme. A couple of us showed some interest, so the DM asked us each to create a couple of characters. The vignette I posted here, using the two PCs I had cooked up, is about a couple of boys keeping their corner of the city clear of a bad influence. I thought it would show a bit of their skills and help the DM and other player get back in the mood. |
