I never noticed this before. Page 33-34 of Matrix gives the ability to deck through a cell phone connection. one must use tortoise mode and gets TN modifiers, but it is possible.

Oh nice! I thought I was gong to have to house rule something like that for my game. I guess I need to read up out of the Matrix book a bit.
