I notice that when I am in the root page of Dumpshock Forums, when I reload the page repeatedly the dates shift by an hour, back and forth. It seems like it is doing something like switching back and forth between Daylight savings and regular time. As far as I can see, this happens only at the root, not in any of the topics/threads.

Anybody else experience this?
