If you go to the german shadowrun website, in the Material section, you'll find the Shadowun Assistant, that although looks to be very, very useful is in german only, as well as a Lifestyle generator that is in english!
Maybe if we show enough interest we can get the shadowrun assistant translated into english |

Which is all well and good. But...
I don't speak German so I couldn't find it. Online translations turn the whole site into some giant comedy thing - I literally laughed out loud when reading it through babel.altavista.com |

Hmm... This Shadowrun "Assistent" looks cool
The success test roller is a bit less than another one I picked up elsewhere. Initiative would be a fun tool to use, as would be the condition monitor. I guess the last one is character record? -JL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ German- 0 |

Nifty, that Lifestyle generator is in Java. It even starts up under OS X. I'll have to explore it a bit. Thanks for the heads up.

EB -thx.
I probably could have found it but I'm really ill at the moment and when I tried to read the comedy German it hurt my head. Now I just have to find out how to get it to work :) |

Not hard. Just unzip it into a new directory and run it from there. It's a pretty neat program; I'd kinda like to see something similar integrated into the NSRCG.

Kinda figured that bit out, but I can't get it run. Suspect it's some kind of stupid MS/Java thingumy-bob issue. :) (I knew that my MCPs would come in handy some day) |
