the spell is an upgrade to Imp. Invisibility. I call it Ghost. It is multisense (rather than just visual) so that I can't be hear or smelled either.

Paul, if there is still room, I would be interested in this run. It sounds more up my ally. Hardcore criminals and all.

I have a gun adept named Pulse I would love to play. I made him as a lark to see if I could. I used 123 points, and all the standard rules. Though I think I would like to rework him a little for your game.

So I was talking to ROUS and are character concepts were a little to close together, so I am reworking my guy to be a.... different kind of adept.

I'll get him to you tonight or in the morning.

I'm not very experienced when it comes to roleplaying but I do have some decent writing skills (Would send samples but I just checked and have none due to my HD being formatted)

As far as characters go, I was thinking like, skill-monkey because I'm not a big fan on combat gurus.

What I'm wondering is should I bother? 6-7 people leaves room for a newbie, but if you want veterans I don't want to bother.

I'm rather longwinded so what's the background limit? Last time I tried SR here on DS I went nuts and wrote a 14 page background and only got about 2/3's done.

I'm definitely interested. I've sent you Valkyrie. She's kind of a change from my usual thoughful, diplomatic, semi-face guys. And I'm just as glad you're rolling the dice - the last combat sorcerer I did, I rolled very, very badly. :)

I've got a rigger that I'd like to enter, he's mostly completed.

Is Rigger 3 stuff ok?

I'll email a draft copy of him to you when I'll at home tonight.

@Ecclesiastes: sounds fine to me, just make sure it has apropriate drain for it.

I'm definately still open, only recieved like 3 characters so far, I'm open for a few new players, you have to start sometime right, so far as a background limit, if you want to write up 14 pages have at it, I might not read it all before I select players, but will before we start, but a short summery would be nice as well.

Rigger 3 Is alright provided you send a stats list for the stuff you have.

@simonw2000: we still don't have a B&E so that might be nice, but other than that no real requirements.

I'm still bouncing around. I'm right now looking at doing a mundane human with lighter cyber than I generally use and probably a sniper type role. I'd look at magic... but I think mundanes are the minority in this submittal pool, so far ;)

That's the truth, the sniper would be a welcome addition for the game, also adding B&E to the sniper would make him a little more helpful, but Sniper sounds good.

PhysAd would be Alright, I have one But she's a little kooky so another more standard one would be useful.

@ Moon Spider, just cause she's funny i htink I'm going to let you play the one you sent in, but just watch out for the Geek the Mage type of rules, based on her dress.

Stealth is a necessary part of sniper, and he'll be high tech in a lot of ways. So he'll be a descent B&E artist, as well ;)

Biiiig question. Breaking the avail rules for a sniper rifle okay? I might build by own as a custom weapon, but since there are no sniper rifles available with avail < 8, it seems cheesy to get around that with making your own. Or does that loophole sound fine?

You can take the ranger Arms provided you pay for it at an SI of 2.
I'm willing to let youtake that just so a sniper can function well.

Well, a sniper can function just fine with a sport rifle. I'll probably do a custom sport rifle instead of bothering with a Ranger, but maybe not. I'm not even a 1/4 of the way done with the background, much less assigning stats yet ;)

Deadline's still the 18th, right?

Actually I suspect her dress will be a non-issue when she's yelling "Magical Amazing Beam of Happiness" (Or a similar phrase) before every spell. Definetly going to have to call on the Armor spell frequently.

On second thought I am afraid I have to bow out. I just can't pull the character together.

Have fun.

Got my face man sent in. In addition to being a face with great social skills and contacts, he also is good in combat, combat leadership, surveillance, and diving, and his skillwires allow him to do a bit of everything.
