any word on what the various chapters will cover, yet? according to the site, writing on it is almost finished--is it against the NDA to hint at the topics it contains?

Which one? Culture Shock will come in every State of the Art 206x, and expansions to the other sections could easily arrive in the form of adventures. I'd love to see adventure modules (or adventure examples) for Mercenary, Spy, and Police games that expounded on the material found in SotA.
