Start comparing notes. Build mutual histories if you'd like, the important thing is that you will all be willing to work with each other on a regular basis.
Also if anyone is not going to be able to post at least once a day, let me know now. We are working with a larger group and I don't want things to bog down too much. I understand that weekends happen, don't sweat it if you can't post then, but the M-F posts are important. |

Alrighty then, I've already posted Grave's bio, but given he's a amnesiac, it'll need the other guy to know him from one of the following:
1) UCAS SpecOps or perhaps Ares Firewatch/CAS SpecOps 2) Friends from Washinton FDC 3) Bounty hunting Anyway, I'll see how I can fit Grave aka Revenant into other PCs' stories and work out a mutual history from there. |

Well Tiny father is a Paranormal hunter who lives in Honk Kong.
3 years ago, Tiny was recruited by the paranormal research division of Seattle University, to assist with expiditions in search of paranormals and to do head counts and captures. While not doing expiditions Tiny does Bounty retreavals for Security Companies, of those wanted criminals. Bringing them in alive is what counts. Being a avid hunter with large calibre pistols instead of rilfes, Tiny has learn't some tricks to the trade of hunting and searching Paranormal critters, and has an understanding of most Paranormals. Tiny finds English as a very hard spoken language. Resorting to Iconography in English. If someone speaks Chinese then you have good Communication. |

Edana is a young, intense human woman from the Tir. The real one, Tir na nOg. She's vibrant, driven and very direct, caring little for subterfuge, though oddly shy and reserved. Maybe it's cultural. She's new to Seattle, but has been studying up on local current events (in addition to keeping up with global news) to get her head around the place. She's got a couple contacts in the city, including a bounty hunter fixer that I named Skinny Peterson, but who could be anybody really.
She knows a bit about Spirit and Human psychology and biology (with a specialty in toxins) and is a damn good cook. She's definitely the 'the Rookie' of the group. McQ -- I picked up some books this weekend, any chance you (or anyone else) would mind if I retooled her. Not majorly... It's just that right now she's not terribly specialized... I'm thinking of making her a spirit hunter/fighter - though that may mean making her a full mage so that she can astrally project... or... could an ally spirit do her Astral dirty work? Feedback, suggestions? EDIT: M-F posts are fine, with the occasional free weekend. |

Helios is a grim-looking, driven man whose sole mission in life is to bring down the Infected (vampires and others like them). He's seen a lot of things in his life more horrible than normal metahumanity has; nothing the worst sprawl ganger can do to someone fazes him anymore as a result.
As far as a mutual history, I've got an idea: if you guys are ok with saying your characters have been on even one run involving an Infected (vampire, ghoul, whatever) as a target, Helios could have been called in as a specialist for that mission, and that's how you guys might know him. Give me some feedback on the idea. |

Gonzales (Kremlin) and JT Taggart (Bastard) have been bounty hunting together for the past 5 years. Prior to that JT was a K9 officer in the Sacramento area of CFS. He still has his dog and his specialty is tracking and animal control. Great in the wilderness, but can still hold his own in an urban setting.
HMHVV--Im sure we've taken something down like that...if you read my last bio post and one of Kremlins in the Recruitment thread you can see our different PoV on the Blood Shaman we took down. Im sure we've gone with you before to take down a vampire or two. Sparky--Im sure we've had an encounter with you as well. Toxic spirits are something we probably had a call for in the past 5 years. Write up a little story or something from Edena's pov on a job she, JT and Gonzales went onto together, and dont forget my dog Kane. Johnson---JT has a lot of animal knowledge...most of his knowledge skills are wilderness survival, hunting, animals, animal a and p...things of that nature, maybe that could play into our background together. Toturi---How bad is Grave's amnesia? Doesnt know anything starting now...or two years back? JT could have met him while he was on the force. Maybe Grave taught JT's SWAT team some new manuevers or equipment. Our maybe we have already gone on a bounty hunt together. Kremlin---Sorry if in previous notes on this post I assumed anything--but I figured JT and Gonzales have been running together for the past five years. |

I like the idea that Bishop met you guys when he was going solo for a bounty that the group also happened to be shooting for. Rather than do a race, he offered to join your group and quickly established himself.
Important: I need to know how many of you are getting BattleTac gear. I'm willing to help out where I can as well, so just let me know. Its only 10k for the external unit, but the internal unit is even better (that one will run you 30k and 0.2 essense). |

Another question. Are we an established group that primarily works together, or just friends that know each other and sometimes do things together? Personally, I like the idea of us being a full time team.

I'm just hovering back here in the aether. If anyone has direct questions for me, preface them with my name, otherwise I will presume all questions are internal to the group.

I purchased a few spare BattleTac units, just in case anyone can't get their own.

I can funnel some skill points to BattleTac if need be. Though I probably won't be getting the essence sucking implants.

I don't even know how the BattleTac works, but I know I'm not getting implants (Helios is an adept).

You can get a reveiver unit and hook it to your comm gear. Basicly, I'm the tactician, I make rolls, give you orders, and if you do what I tell you to do, you get a bonus to either Initiative or Combat Pool.

So pick up a Commlink and the Reciever, Sparky.
Might have to toy with my gear a bit first before I can pick that up, though... I don't think 7k is enough for both Commlink and BTac. I'll work on it, though. Edit: Ecc, I'm gonna lay claim to one of the recievers. I need to buy myself a Commlink first. Probably Personal Comm Unit 4, as that's about all I can afford. (Not to mention that's about all we need anyway.) |

Big E--me too---cyberware is the root of evil---I do however have the skills to use the battletach system--but I dont have the resources to buy one at the moment. After the first paycheck I will take one of those extra ones off your hands if you like, until then can I borrow it? Also if we both have the small unit tactics skill and we are both using the battletachs, do we both roll for team bonuses, or just the player with the master unit?
Also Ecc--and everyone, I think we should at least have worked together as a team on large jobs for the past couple months, some of us working with others for longer. Bastard |

Bastard: Agreed on working as a team. Makes a lot more sense.
I do believe that whoever rolls Tactics last gives the appropriate bonuses, so leave it to one person. Granted, if we ever split up on separate mini-missions, then we have two tacticians, but for now I think Ecc should do the tactical ordering. |

Actually, it hinders the team if we both try to use it. Only the highest roll counts and both of us are at +1 target numbers becase we're both telling people to do stuff and it may not mesh. I've got crazy skill with it, so I'd likely be the better one (I usually will be throwing 10 dice at the test). If we ever split up though, having someone on each team able to use Tactics is always good. |

McQuillan:
Is it alright if I add some special bullets for my character's SMG and a micro-transceiver as if I'd bought them before, or is it too late for that? |

BIG E---
Gotcha...Ill have to buy a comlink still, but I cant afford the battletach. Should I buy a master unit in the case that we split up? Or should I just buy one of your receivers at a later date? I only took the skill cause it would fit my background as a copper. |

Everyone should have comm gear. This is a team and any team worth snuff knows they need to communicate. If you don't have comm gear, you really should. I suggest picking up a Personal Comm Unit (rating 6). They come with all the ECCM and Encryption pre-installed and will cost you 12,000 :nuyen:. These are advanced characters, they really really (am I stressing this enough?) should have comms.
