Sparky--Look under the base definition for detection spells (Force*Magic) The TN for the spell changes if the target is in that range through projection IE, his astral form is there but his body is not, etc.

Quick Note about Pools:
I have Karma refresh during scene changes, I will let you know when that occurs.

All other pools refresh every 3 seconds just as if we were in initiative. This is because I don't understand why you are a better swordsman or spellcaster when you are worried about your continued survival as compared to the practice mat.

The one exception to this is surprise rounds. The rules specifically state that the pools are gone unless yuo have more success than the bad guys.

HMHVV--You can use up to your skill in pool dice for any single test. Presuming you have enough left from the pool. I'll take the top 5 this time...

D'oh! Forgot about that.

Sorry; won't happen again. This is the first SR game I've played in a long time.

Just a heads up folks, that I'll be scarce this weekend. I may be able to do some posting, but no promises. Try not to get into too much trouble.

Also - McQ - feel free to play Edana, play off her distance or aloofness as being shaken up from Ballefour's place. Which she is.

I'm going to be on vacation starting tonight and returning on Weds. Don't expect much posting from me until then, though I may get on once or twice, we'll see.

Does Grave have a medical-type contact? Maybe the Ex-Military Officer? Or the Fixer? Maybe he can help with the testing. Grave will ride outrider to Gonzales's contact place, if there's no better contact.

The way I took it, is that he was telling his contact to go roll the place for whatever she can take, or to expand her operation to another shadow clinic.

Toturi--The Fixer may know people that could break it down, but he cannot do it himself. Give a call and some "Friends of Friends" will happen.

troll with doom? I don't know what scares me more, that the troll plonked it down, that Helios might want to try it on Vampires, or that Gemma would want to put it into capsule rounds...
