Have the cyberlegs hold tanks of oil. When running away you make the tanks release the oil behind you, creating a somewhat slippery trail. For added fun, drop a nade as you run and all pursuers will have to move off of the oil or get burned. Anyone not burned will have to deal with all that black smoke.

Funny you should mention that, I saw "The Goonies" at Sunshine Cinema last night with a friend. Not really my cup of tea, but enjoyable due to good company. One of the characters has all of these goofy homemade inventions like shoes that release oil behind him.
It sounds like a swell idea. I'd try for some sophisticated enhancements, like a port that may eject a small starter charge while the oil is being released, set to a small delay (or even mentally controllable, so you may set a custom delay on-the-run!). That way you don't have to focus on dealing with a grenade as you run, you won't cause the unnecessary explosion damage, and it is more likely to go unnoticed by your persuers. |

Let it be a small spray nozzle at the heel of the characters foot and shoes modified for it. Then you load it with Slip Spray, works better than oil.
Why not a Cyberarm with a splat gun or even a DNI controlled Spray tank. Load the arm with either Splat Glue (for capturing people) or Slip spray to coat an entire corridor with. |

the idea sounds amusing. but i don't think alot of players would pay for that piece of cyber ware. there are other pieces that (likeThe Jopp suggests) can produce simular effects.
but maybe that pice of cyberware already excists: a cyber leg with a build-in splat gun. that sounds very close to what you described, right? :) |
