Check the Availabilities and Street Indices of both. You will find that both Avail and SI are twice that for SL 2. That said however, corps like LS wouldn't have a problem with SI (or at least not noticably). However, I would like to think that even corps would have problems with Avail (look at the Budget system for spies in SOTA 2064, even spy corps like Argus and Seraphim have problems with Avail)

truer but optimag is more available than SL2 and the surgery is easier
