A couple of points, I am waiting for Codec to appear and let us know what he is doing in regards to Flips request... So I need to know where Mysterio is going to be looking for that information. As soon as I know, I will do all the roles and give the outcome of weather or not he is successful
The other thing is, Anyone that has Athletics (Bluebird has it...) can absail down the rock face. |

Er, Boss, when you're preparing the info update could you, would you, include the relative heights between the top of the man-made quarry escarpment and the top of the Exchange.
Thinking along the lines of paragliding or maybe grapple and rope across ya see. Sorry, Flip & SeeOh tend to think tactics a lot. `:P:' |

Thats a cunning idea! I can see in future im going to have to out-think you alot more then I do now!! ;) Nevermind, I am sure the next mission will have you begging for help with regards to stratagy! Ive been mentally planning it since the begining of this mission!! I will have to get back to you in regards to hight, I have already said that the quarry is 150ft...so im gonna have to work out the hight of a four story building, I would think its going to be of a simular hight....
By the way, where do you roleplay in kent? I used to live in Maidstone and when the shops closed down it ended up comming to a halt... |

We RP on the Net these days. 20 years ago I was introduced to AD&D by the children in a Youth Club which I helped to run (no pun intended) - Flip watched.
Ran a TT RPG at home - village north of 7Oaks - for 10 years, on and off - all sorts inc. Shadowrun, Vampire, Traveller etc. Currently I `own' a Startrek Site and RP by e-mail as a SF Marine Brigadier. Flip's an ex- Starfleet Captain. - Concentrates on the Shadows now. Fun 'ere innit? :grinbig: |

Im not saying that Im going to try and screw you guys, that would be no fun!! but if this wasnt going to be a challenge... whats the point?! :D
This first mission was designed to see how you all worked as a team, and to help you get some gear together for the later runs where you will need it... and dont worry, im not a GM that enjoys killing charecters! Yeah I got your email J - I have sent a reply.... sorry if I took a while, I was busy last night and today! |

If it's the next morning already, can we assume Ace dropped off the money and got the key to the safehouse/hideout?

No problem. About the security cameras, is there a display monitor for them in the hideout? Can I see out of them by rigging in (like a security rigger setup)?

No, the cameras are basic (just like the rest of the apartment), you have a seperate TV for them and and you can either set it to swap visuals as set intervals or you can divide the screen into four to get the different angles. If you want a place with a security rigger style set up, thats gonna cost omae!
If your wondering a hideout of that sort of level would cost in the region of 5-7,000 a month. That would be for a place in a nicer area, with local gangs/crime syndicates paid to keep their noses out and security rigger style set up with maybe a couple of drones for use. If you guys wanted to run a campaign, you may want to look into renting something like that in the longer term. |

Dumb Question again: Is this loop program only 5 minutes long as was originally intended or is it infinite? The reason I ask is that you said I can use it again (which is good) so I am assuming that it can be set up for a varying amount of time

What happens is that you set up the program and it will loop a piece of camera footage for five minutes, it will loop infinatly or until is disrupted (ie, somebody realises what is happening and stops it).
What I meant by using it again was that like any good computer program is that you can use it on this run, and then if you need to... you can hack some security cameras on anther run at a later date and use it again... |

Okay - it seems justified to have Ace pick us all up since it's not really safe to walk to the Barrens, no matter how hard you think you are! And there's ZERO chance of getting a cab to take you there!
As preparation for our stay I shall go to the local Stuffer Shack and pick up what I can for our stay, working on the assumption that it's unprovisioned - basic necesities like toiletries, food, drink, magazines to read on the drekker - that sort of thing... Homely, huh? |

Ace will be spending the next hour looking over the Roadmaster to see what he can make of the damage it incurred, checking under the hood, that sort of thing. If it takes less time than he expects, he'll spend the rest of the time watching some TV; hopefully there'll be a good combat biking event on or something. Then he'll go to the Diner.

I had almost forgotten about the damage the Roadmaster has! its only light panel damage: smashed rear light, slight dent to rear left hand door and a nasty chunck has been taken out of the rear bumper.
