Well thank you. If you feel that way than I hope I am playing him well. :grinbig: My real life group (pretty much all but dissolved it seems) and I always seemed to play your straight up combatant type characters. Not that there's anything wrong with that, my all time fav char of mine is an ork ganger, but I like trying out little personality quirks here and there. Hey Silverspur...Codec seems to be the opposite of my char Deuce eh? Deuce was arrogant, obnoxious, conceited. He spoke his mind despite the fact no one asked for it and was basically bossy. Codec hardly speaks up. Hmmm I really never thought of that when I made Codec. Anyways, thank you very much. :D GAME ON!!! |

Just a point to avoid confusion. Flip & Seeoh do a lot of joint posts, so when you see a post that's mainly Flip but sent by Rakshasa, it's just that I was on oline and doing the typing. 8)

That girlfriend of yours getting in the way again? *L* :grinbig:
It's not a problem. It just felt like when we RPG at my house and ppl aren't allowed to smoke inside and since I am the only non smoker they all get up at once every so often and go smoke, I'm left sitting at the table. *L* Also I will say that I am enjoying the interaction and personalities of the characters. I like that part of RPG'ing just as much as the action stuff. |

Ace basically said his peace for now, he's waiting for someone else to say something to respond to. He's really not the "ringleader/planner" type. If no one says anythign for a while, he might make a suggestion.

Hmm.....
You will probably get something from us two tomorrow morning - I have been temping in this factory and it's completely knackering... I'm dead on my feet, but I have tomorrow off... Not that I really know what to do - I'm waiting for feedback on Codec's search for alternate entry points... run a quick matrix bit would be my suggestion, Silverspur! |

I used to do temp work, did it for two years!... you have my pity! hard work, under paid and you generally get treated like scum by the people employing you!! I will do a quick matrix run by codec then!

Gunner, just to let you know.... I havent got much planned for the outside of the building. not until it becomes time to vacate the area later, are you going to be happy waiting for the others outside? the one bonus to the current plan is that you have that old chevy to play with and use as a decoy if need be. but if you go into the building...there might be more you can do...

Thanks for the heads up, but the plan that everyone agreed upon was for Ace to be ready with the getaway and to play lookout in case anything shady goes down outside. Using this knowledge to completely change Ace's role would be sort of meta-gaming, I think.
Of course, if it becomes clear that they really need backup down there, Ace just might lock up the van and come running. |

Oh, I am having fun, even though I'm taking sort os a less active role here. And I have absolutely no doubt that the getaway will make up for this.

Flip & Seeoh left the chevvy a block away and left a note under the door of the brownstone where they boosted it from.
Technically, Ace or whoever could still purloin it and sell it to a chop shop or whatever. |
