Good rule of thumb? Don't ask for a title :)

If there's a public oppurtunity for a title, such as a donation drive, we'll let you know. (Which we are not currently doing nor have plans to do one anytime soon, or ever again if we can help it :))

Other than that... <shrug> There's not really any sort of method. Enjoy being a Target. :)
