Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but is the move-by-wire cyberware compatable with cyberlimbs? I would think not; that sort of thing is reserved for the quickness enhancements. I just don't see anything confirming me in Man & Machine or any of the other books I have.

Yes. Cyberlimbs have nothing to do with it. For the most part, Move-By-Wire is a spinal and lower brain stem modification. (And no, even a Cybertorso wouldn't affect it's performance or costs).
