Unnatural Healer (3)
SURGE has granted the healing power that borders on regeneration. They ignore the minimum healing times listed on p. 127 of SR3.

Thoughts? I made this for a troll character named Rasputin, whose concept centered around extremely high levels of the Rapid Healing power as well as the Symbiotes bioware and the Quick Healer edge, but was hindered by the max healing times.

I like that it only removes the minimal limit, doesn't actually add dice or anything. Subtle and not unbalancing. Nice.

This reminds me that I need to dig up my old SURGE effects and transfer them to a website somewhere. I've been meaning to do that for a while now, ever since I found the blasted document.....

I'll second that. Despite the comparison to regeneration, it sounds fairly balanced.
