They're different sector by sector; most of that info is in the original Denver sb. (For example: the Aztlan section's RTG access prefix was NA/AZ-NO. The CAS was (is?) NA/CAS-TX.)

Matrix has the general Denver code as NA/DEN. The Denver sourcebook has the different sectors as Aztlan: NA/AZ-NO, CAS: NA/CAS-TX, PCC: NA/PUE, Sioux: NA/SIO, UCAS: NA/UCAS-WE, Ute: NA/UTE.
