More than likely the Salish Shidhe tribe has the biggest Seattle presence, at least in my opinion.

Mumm, I think the Makah, Salish, and Sinsearach were about the same. Cascade Crow and Ork are in there and the Nootka. Those are the tribes. IIRC, the Makah are the ones most found in Seattle, but that might be crap. New Seattle talks about it.
