Renraku's been my favorite for a long time, mostly because I've been intrigued by Inazo Aneki. I thought he had a lot more character than most of the megacorporate executives. He was a sharp corporate raider and a skilled businessman, but he also had a personal interest in things like social psychology and had outlandish vision when it came to pet ideas like the Renraku Arcology. He didn't fall into the stereotype of "heartless corporate bastard", while at the same time he was definitely no saint. His personal vision was responsible for the amazing discovery of true A.I., but also responsible for the tragedy of the Arcology shutdown. But I couldn't help but still feel bad for him when Deus left him a vegetable. He was, afterall, trying to balance his lives as corporate CEO and "father" to Deus.

SK hands down.

To me it is THE shadowrun company. They are a massive corporation and their CEO is a dragon. It's like the modern version of a dragon sitting on his hord, only now he has lawyers instead of monster servants.(he has those two though)

And yes, I know other corps have that dragons in them too. Lofwyr is just more public about it.

Aztechnology.

Most corporations do evil things, but its generally to either advance the companies position, advance one person within the company or to make money.

Aztechnology do evil things because (depending on who you speak to!) they want to bring about the end of the world...

Saeder Krupp, easily. It's run by Lofwyr, it's got a hand in everything. It's a gold mine of ideas for a good GM. (Of course, for a good GM, EVERYTHING is a gold mine of ideas, but SK gets the prize.)

SK.

It's saying something when the SK card in the old SR CCG could actually win the game for itself.

Yes. A friend and I once made a deck whose sole purpose was to put out Saeder-Krupp as early as possible and have it win the game. It's still a great scorched earth tactic for when you're behind.

I had to go SK, Ares and the Azzies always hold special places in my games, but for sheer machiavellian fun, nobody beats old golden snout.

I voted for MCT because besides the "Yakuza" own us thread they've been lightly used to date and for the most part thier business model and interests seem relatively plausible. They certainly don't have the coolness factor going for them but they have bloodthirsty efficiency in thier favor.

Ares.

Okay, let's get this clear. DK is human, and damned well out smatered dragons. He has made an empire for himself and no one has had the power to take him down, and boy have they tried. But in the end, Mister Knight goes home, and knows that he is making hte world a better place. After all didn't Big D say something along the line that Knight was the future, and one the best hopes in fighting the horrors?

Then I would have to Say Nova Tech, ZIC, SK, Cross, Wuxing.

Aztechnology.

Not because they deliberately do evil things to end the world...
But because they do things that will end the world...because it'll make them a short-to-medium-term profit...

Yeah, Ares is the best, if for no other reason than it is the "american" corp. Besides that anyone who can orchestrate a nanosecond buyout is cool in my book. Go Ares and Knight.

Well, look at my location and you'll know my vote. Besides, nuking Chi-town has been a dream of mine for a while (my wife is from there and Chicagoans can be insufferably arrogant about how great Chicago is.)
