I came across a reference to "Corporate Adventure" in the Sixth World Wiki's Shadowrun Reference Standard article. It appears to be the only SR module/sourcebook that I don't own and never even heard of. What was it? When was it published? Who was involved in it?

I can't find any thing in the Shadowrun buyers guide.

But my inept guess would be it is a another name for Corporate Punishment since that title does not appear in the refernence list. I'm most likely wrong though.

I'd wager that's correct, actually.
