Is it Cyberware only, or does it also mean a character cannot take Bioware?

Thanks!

It also says all organ or limb replacements must be cloned from the character's own cells. This means that any bioware a character takes must be cultured, or else it's rejected (since a non-cultured organ is not cloned from the character's own cells).

The text only mentions cyberware.

There was also no Bioware information published for SR3 at the time when the SR Companion was written.

I would say no bio wear at all.

Even cultured bio ware is heavily modified versions of your own cells.
