Well, Ludi is simply going to wait in the van. She's going to extend the folding stock of her Ingram and keep it close... in case. She'll also positioned herself close to the door. If someone other than one of the three boys comes out the front door, she'll open suppresive fire (sound suppressor on) ;)

It's pretty sad, but my mindset had already switched over to the SR4 rules system, so it took me a moment to remember just how to roll SR4 initiative. With running both an online SR4 game and a tabletop one, along with playing in another SR4 forum game, I was all fixated on getting 'successes'. LOL.
Anyways, I got a 15 initiative. Depending on if Gun has already starting fighting with the guy, my actions will be different. If he hasn't started fighting, I'll try defaulting to Charisma to Interrogate/Intimidate the target. Before any modifiers I rolled 14 on the Open Test (possible modifiers I noticed: -4 from defaulting, +1 for my Charisma being 5, +2 from aggressors out numbering him, +1 for visible weapon because I would have pulled out my pistol, +2 for target's death imminent because I'll be threatening shooting him dead). If fighting has already broken out, I'll try to keep the gun away from the target (assuming he hasn't gotten it yet). If fighting has started and he's gotten his pistol, I'll move in to attack him with my shock gloves. Unarmed Combat/Fists [ Spoiler ]

If he goes for his gun I will quick draw a knife and toss it at him. Otherwise I am going to try and intimidate him into sitting down.
Thanks for the complimant on the post. I am modelling gun a little after Chilli Palmer from 'Get Shorty'. Best character Travolta ever did. |

Makes me think I should see that movie again.
Anyways, just thought I'd warn you all that (for some reason) I wrote, in my post, Ludi's radio speech in orange. Just to distinguish it from the rest. I'm not forcing anyone to duplicate this "approach". I just noticed it on a lot of other threads and found the idea good. |

After I finish helping Hank get in the back door, I'll do a sweep of the rest of the house. Leaving Hank in the main room to backup Ludi while still being able to watch the back door.

I know that IC post didn't really amount to anything... I'm just trying to show how Ludmila is toying with Lars. If the man did kill two women because of some intense delusion, he probably has something for/agaisnt women in general.
Also, I just felt like writing something ;) |

Just as a side note, in case it might speed things up for ya, Frosty: if Hank does find a bathub, Ludmila will have Wormwood help her in bringing Lars to it... and then, she'll start dunking the guy's head in it to expediate the whole interrogation thing... anyways... I'm sure you see where I'm going with this.
As of your busy state: IT IS NO EXCUSE! YOU LAZY BUM! I'm kidding mate ;) |

As I said before, once in the bathroom, Ludmila will start her rounds of question again and again, putting Lars' head underwater and keeping it there for some time between each questionning.
Which is why she needs Gun's help ;) Here's a little roll Interrogation / Verbal [ Spoiler ] Once she's satisfied he's telling the truth (as in: he answered the same thing to the same question over and over), she'll let him breath for some time, so she can speak with her teammates. |

I guess all there is left is for the team to set up a meet with Stone, give him all the info and get paid.
Ludmila might have a job for the boys: whack Alec. |

Quite honestly, Ludmila wouldn't hesitate for a second... but it would be very bad for her street rep. You know... popping a few in an employer is never good.
Plus, now she's probably getting a rep as a stone cold killer ;) I mean, everywhere she goes, she leaves corpses ;) |

I'm really sorry that I havn't been able to devote the attention to this that it deserves. We are in a very busy time at work and I havn't had a lot of keyboard time lately.
Well, now that I have time to sit down and try this, I find that I am unable to get my head into it at the moment. I feel I owe a slight explanation though, so... There's something in my personal life that has been running in my head non-stop for the past week and a half (don't worry, not a bad thing), so there's something I gotta do, and until then I just don't think I'll be able to sit down and do a decent post. But don't worry, hopefully tomorrow or some day this week it will all be taken care of. ;) |

Allllll cool mate.
As much as we'd like to live on this board, we all have to deal with life (sometimes ;)). And believe me, I know how you feel about not being able to get your head into it at the moment: we all have those moments. Do what you gotta do mate ;) Stay frosty (oh, the pun!) |
