I don't do a lot of FTP, so I stick with Internet explorer.

If you don't need SFTP then SmartFTP is a good choice, but if you do then FileZilla is okay. The interface is kind of clunky and it lacks a lot of the features of SmartFTP, but it has a one or two that (last I knew) SmartFTP doesn't (like sorting files on the remote host by type).
