His name is Noche-que-Camina, or Night-that-Walks. His real name is Erensuge Ruiz Chavez. Born in the Basque country of Spain, he spent his formative years fighting with the Nueva Euskadi Ta Askatasuna, the New Basque Seperatist Movement. He started his career at 12 with car bombings and ended at 27 with a failed assassination attempt, ending in a narrow escape from the Guardia Civil. (He still maintains contact with the captains of the Seperatist Movement.) He fled to Aztlan and the shadows, looking for merc work. A botched mission for the Yucatan rebels left him afoul of the Toxic Shaman goon squads. He fled to Seattle to seek a new career in the shadows (and to save his skin from Aztec.)

He specializes in all things explosive and milspec, and he's fluent in Spanish and euskara, the Basque language. His English is barely passable.

I apologize for my lack of posting. My left hand was recently slashed up by errant broken glass, so typing has become some what difficult and time consuming.

Ecc, the gangs in question are comprised primarily of orks and humans (Crazies are mostly human, while Punishers are more meta). The gangs are fairly small, only about 20-30 members in size, spread over a few blocks.
