Did anyone see this book at origins. If so were there anything about otaku in it or other matrix rules?
Thanks, Marc Robitschek :P |

I don't think it was released at Origins.

A post-printing pre-binding copy of the book, actually, not just the manuscript.

I think that's in the hands of distributors. <shrug> Don;t know if it shipped or not, but based on comments at Origins, it should have by now.

Yeah, but based on comments at Origins it should have been available for purchase on Battlecorps a week ago. At this point I could probably safely bet that I could snag a copy of Fourth Edition at Gencon before Shadows of Asia hits my local store. |

Adam got a little snowed under with work so it was delayed going to BattleCorps a bit. He mentioned it in the SoA thread. |

I know. Hence my prefacing the second sentence with, "At this point".

Me being snowed under has nothing to do with the print/shipping schedule for Shadows of Asia, which I suspect will be in stores next week or the week after, but I don't have a firm word on that.

I'm just holding my breath for that one. Though I think DLN has threatened to steal mine the first chance she gets.

I just finished Loose Alliances and loved it, and now with these two coming out (SoA and SR4), I'm glad that I get paid at the end of the first week of August (and so is the guy that owns the game store by me)

Shadowrunrpg.com's post of July 14th claiming that the SoA PDF will be available late this week or early next is starting to look a little archaeological.

Yeah. Sucks, but this is the time of year where everything is an emergency, and my current emergency is worth a lot more money -- both for myself and for the company involved [not FanPro] -- than the SOA PDF is.

They won't delay 4th ed but I did say, months ago, that I thought the large number of projected releases in such a small time was too much. They also need to get out the suppliment explianing how the 3rd ed world falls apart before htey start the 4th ed.

So is there any information about when we might see the PDF? In spite of the last rather vague release date being a complete myth, I promise to believe a new one if you'll give it to me.
