Well, for lack of anything better to do this morning, I plugged the numbers in Talia's DAQ thread into Excel and had a play around with the character generation rules. So far, this is the sum-total...

Of course, this sheet doesn't deal with Qualities and Knowledge skills as, having not seen the new BBB yet, I haven't got enough information to make an informed choice. However, I'm pretty pleased with how the system works.
Now the question: have I made any glaring errors and/or oversights?

IIRC the free points for Knowledge skills are free skill points, not BP. But i could be wrong.

doesn't that 6th point in attributes cost 25? if so your bp for stats is 215?

Only the 8 main attributes count for the 50% BP limit, Edge is bought separately. That gives you 180 BPs, if I'm correct (IIRC, elf modifiers are +1 Ag., +2 Ch.).
