So I've been lurking about, joining the mouse clicking vigil as I waited for the pdf to become available. Now its out, I picked it up, and I've read through it. But has anyone had any experience with printing the thing out? I've converted it to Kinko's standard, but I'm hesitant to try it before I find out if anyone else has tried it. They apparently dont believe in showing price lists anywhere for services.

Just out of curiosity, how did you get it to work with the Kinko's File Prep Tool?

Mine seems to crash after about 70 pages.

I printed it out at work, Color cover and 1st 2 pages (is it just me or does page 1 (not A) deserve to be the cover?) black and white duplex open to the left printing for the rest. Having a binder in house is nice. ;)

I don't see anywhere on the site where it says how much it costs for them to do the printing / binding. Anyone know?

Hmm... I've tried Print Fu twice with this book; both times I get a Java out-of-memory error. Anyone else having any luck?

Looks like they have a dev tool to determine cost:

http://www.printfu.org/?mcAction=getPrice&...e&pageCount=354

Just change the last digits to the page count.

354 = $13.85 Shipping: 7.6
