Once this is all done, will you be making a big announcement in the main SR forum?

I was just thinking the same thing tonight. I am out of my rut and eager to start working on something new. I would be interested in working on another edition. I will dig out some of my notes, and we can come up with a new theme.
Was the artwork and layout ok with everyone? I think the people the contributed did a stellar job. I will send out some email to see who else is interested in contributing. |

Understandable, but you just didn't have to reply. There doesn't seem to be much on C.TH.U.L.U other than some random shadowtalk. |

No reason not to share new architypes, etc. Unless there is an NDA attached to C.Th.U.L.U. |

Yes,
I thought that we came up with a Street Doc theme. I guess I forgot to post the different items and who is working on what. |

I actually have an adventure arc run in the SR3 timeline (2062 - 2063) that I was looking to submit before I learned there was going to be and SR4 and the timeline was moved up to 2070. I have run it once and would like to do one more playtest before I do the final rewrite. It is set in Europe (so SoE is a handy sourcebook to have) and is a series of adventures that are linked together under a main theme. There is also some new equipment, vehicles and one new prototype archetype.

I will pm you in a few minutes.
I forgot about this account because I actually got an old one back. So the theme of this one will be Street Doc We need a short story Archtypes -> A street doc and nurse critter -> a parasite that attacks cyberware weapon -> some gear in a doc lab that can be a nice impromptu weapon vehicle -> street doc's mobile facility. (in a winnebego or something) spell -> surpress regeneration artifact -> optional, was thinking to feature AH's needle of orpheus if it is used in story. special -> going to include a few maps of hospitals if I can find some. (maybe a shadow clinic) Kyoto if you want some help with publishing the run, I would be willing to help. let me know what you need, and if you want to include it. We are going to target March 3 as a deadline. |

I just got done playing an awesome Ex-Doc Wagon combat-medic-runner. If you like, I can try to put him in a better format and send him to anyone that likes. He's been through a whole story arc, so he's semi-retired in our game, but if anyone would like to use him for anything just let me know.
I might be able to hack together a good vehicle too. (No offense, but doesn't the DocWagon van from R3R cover that pretty well?) Would you want something done from the ground up, or something that exists taken and modified for "sleeper" duty as an ambulance? I just got an idea for a mobile cyber-surgery clinic tucked into an unremarkable semi-truck... Yeah. PM or email me or something if I can help out. |

(I have found my old account so I will be using this one instead of Nyxll.)
ok, after several absolutely hectic weeks, I am putting together the sections and content. I figured here was a bit better than pm's since others can sign up for stuff not taken. The target date for submissions is Wed, March 15. (3 weeks) I am open to other suggestions, I am throwing out mediocre ideas to hopefully spur something into being. 1 - A short story (jrayjoker) 2 - a new archtype (eidolon) A street doc (can you add a nurse?) 3 - a new critter (a parasite that attacks cyberware) 4 - a new weapon (some gear in a doc lab that can be a nice impromptu weapon) 5 - a new drone or vehicle (I didn't remember the DocWagon Citymaster -- been a long time since I have read the RBB) What about a protective gurney drone? It has a bed that extends under the target, then retracts into a protective cylendar built ona crawler platform. (only has a lazer but high armour) 6 - a new spell formula (surpress regeneration) 7 - a new artifact 8 - a new piece of gear to appear on the streets (cyber/bio/gear/toxin/drug) 9 - other (going to include a few maps of hospitals if I can find some. (maybe a shadow clinic) I have assigned what people have said they are interested in. Anything without a name is open for submissions, we can also have multiple submissions for the same sections. If you have a better feature for a chapter by all means let me know. Does march 15 seem like a good target? |

Sorry I haven't got back on this. Work has been Hell for the last several weeks (actually racked up 7 standard 'working days' last PP worth of overtime alone). Before actually working on the final draft, I need to find a group to run one more playtest, preferably one that is not 70% mages as the last team was. Seems most of the players I know here have a thing for magic and suffer from a distinct lack of subtlety. "Rhapsody" is a scenario where the direct frontal assault approach can be a quick ticket to failure. The last group lost out on a lot of potential Karma by being the proverbial "Bull in a China Shop." Even though they succeeded in the primary objective, they left a lot of strings dangling some of which would come back to bite them in the future if events continued to play themselves out. Unfortunately most of them have since made the jump to SR4. |
