I haven't seen anything about this so I have to ask.
In the US, Election day is on the 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday in November, and 2064 is an Election year. If the UCAS is the same, then according to my calender, Election Day is 4 November 2064. Am I mistaken, or is there a major problem here? |

There is a mention on p26 (Timeline) in System Failure that UCAS elections were postponed on November 4, following the New Revolution coup on Nov. 3. It's footnoted, in other words, but not really discussed in detail.
