ok, i have one simple defined question on this, but after that, i'm going to ask for people's interpretations of how this power works.

my question: would an adept with elemental strike - lightning have any effect on an opponents cyberware?

ok now tell me how you all use this, i.e. base damage, staging, etc.

As toturi correctly pointed out, and I can vouch for the author's intent, was for you to use the elemental effects descriptions in MitS.
