Sometimes. Your best bet is to drop by the Sentry Box which on the west side of downtown. They've got a bulletin board for posting requests for gamers or groups. I haven't noticed any specific mention of SR in recent memory the times i've stopped by there. But occationally there are some general RPGing groups listing, and at one point a few years back there was even an SR game running weekly at the store. So that's likely your best bet for hooking up when not knowing anyone in the city.

P.S. Our group is currently limited by the diningroom/table size, and we aren't even playing SR at the momement. Right now we playing D&D while the SR GM gets his SR4 campaign plan together.
