As an ex Haderslev citizens (and part founder of the old Handerslev Roleplaying club Niflheim) I would try this place too Niflheim-Haderslev

I don't know if the club is still alive but the page does surgest it, maybe it will solve your problem with finding players (if you understand danish that is), don't know about Shadowrun, but way back in my days we had one and at times two Shadowrun group there. Just start as a GM and get some new players hooked
