Well Hi Chummers,

I played the second and the third Edition some years, a lot of that time as GM as well, and now i am updating to fourth Edition. I am from Germany, but the German Core Rules have plenty of mistakes.

Well enough of me.

My Question: How can i use the Table Rating? I don't understand how to use it. I know how te find out which rating would be appropriate, but how can i adjust the NSC to this rating ?

And why are the Contacts in the Handouts always 3 times on a page? Is this for cutting them and giving them to the players who earned the contact?

And: Where is the best place to find informations about Shadowrun-Denver ?
And: Where can i find informations about the mainfactions in Denver?

My Question: How can i use the Table Rating?

It varies by situation, but it's always spelled out when needed. For example, there's a GM note at the beginning for how to stat out commlinks, when they're not given, based on TR. Border crossings and nuyen awards are also variable in this same manner. Key NPCs may have stats with the letters TR in them, indicating that for example, their magic rating might change at a higher Table Rating.

That's exactly how it works.

For the factions and information about Denver, you'll want the January 2006 issue of the Commando Quarterly. That's available for free on the Commandohq website. There are two versions, the high res one is a whole lot prettier. smile.gif

If that doesn't have enough info for you, there's a bibliography at the end of the article.
