Simple question: Can spirits speak?
Yes spirits speak, yes they do, come on spirits say I can to.

My answer: Yes, spirits can speak and be heard by mundane persons if manifesting or materializing on the physical plane. In fact, speaking/shouting is explicitly mentioned concerning Watcher spirits (SR4, p.181).

Well fine be all technical and ruley in your answer. But where is your SPIRIT.
I think it was in Street Magic where they talk about how the languages spirits speak are subconciously taken from the caster's mind. So, in effect, the spirits a summoner summon speak the same language(s) the summoner does.
