Do biometric locks (fingerprint scanners, retinal scanners, etc.) from Unwired actually provide any obstacle against hackers when installed on a commlink or nexus?
It seems that they can just hack in normally, and bypass any such requirements.
I suppose the same goes for a passkey?

Passkeys check every time the System Log is updated. (Unwired 64-65) That means that if your hack takes longer than (System) Turns, the gig is up, unless you are actively editing the Log as you go, which makes the hack take longer.

Thanks! I had apparently missed that rather important paragraph!
