That leaves one more facing the illusion, and he runs away - but since the command to the spirit was to unconsciousify anyone with a gun, I think we can assume it chases the guy down and breathes all over him - it'd take a dice miracle for him not to go down.
Including having Materialized, I think that wraps the Turn for your spirit.

And that makes it initiative for you and your spirit (if I've missed out any IPs you are entitled to, just shout!).
