I don't play these days, perhaps one day it will come back.

However, I was sifting through old files and found this bit I made years back and decided I'd post it here on the off chance someone finds it useful.

It's not so much a "rule book", as a whole supplimental about the idea of mages only being required to spend simple actions for casting.

It's the study of 100 simulated tests to compare what impact this would have on group dynamics. Would it offset the other character types negatively, or potentially hurt mages too much, etc...?
