Hi folks!
I'll be starting my first game as GM in the not too distant future and will probably have a million questions, here are two that have been nagging me.

1- Surprise! How many actions and what type of actions does a surpriser gain over a surprisee?

2- Move-by-wire! MbW rules state that you must take extra actions...
are those complex actions?

1: surprise lasts for one initiative pass. even those who are surprised can take actions, they just can't take any actions relative to those who've surprised them.

2: yes.
