Is there any word about SRM at DragonCon?
the_dunner
We're organizing the schedule now. It should go to them in the next few weeks. At this time, we definitely plan on having Missions at the con.

I'd like to request that the schedule isn't completely loaded with only the most recent Missions. Last year they ran up to number 8 at DC. It would be a shame for the folks who can only get to one con to miss some of the missions in the 6 to 12 range.

Thanks for listenin'

For convention events, I'm always going to load the schedule towards newer events. For folks who don't attend many cons, the older events are publicly available for download on our web site. By DragonCon, everything SRM02-08 or lower will have been freely available to the public for over a year.

In general, we're only going to offer scenarios that are out of date when we have a surplus of GMs. If past years are any indication, we won't have a surplus at DragonCon.

Boy, you're strict Mr. Dunner sir.

I'd have one of the folks in my group run the ones that I've missed, but I want to run them. That's months of gaming time already done for me.

Thanks for the info.

Hey RobertB I too would love the earlier missions but alas I just don't see it happening sadly.

While I'll be running missions 13 to 16 at Oasis this month maybe you can join my group at home I we can work out a way to get some of the earlier ones.

I have a friend who might be available to run them.

There is never enough GMs for the Cons. We all do our best.

I know you guys and gals do. And I'd like to personally thank you for the efforts you go through to run games and spread the addiction that is called Shadowrun.

For everyone who wants to play in a game outside of the traditional Convention setting, so that you can catch up on your Missions without having to devote an entire weekend to the Con, I'd recommend checking out www.CommandoHQ.com

We don't have Commandos everywhere, but where they are, Shadowrun generally follows. Also, if you want to run games and earn free stuff, you can become a Commando yourself to help out the local players near you.
