According to the Missions FAQ, secondhand cyberware is not available at character creation. I fully support this, as the BP to nuyen cost is (presumably) balance to the gear costs. My question is this... can secondhand cyberware be purchased and installed between Missions as per the standard rules for acquiring gear?

In addition, since Augmentation has made it clear that there's a thriving market in the organlegging and secondhand bioware business, would it be available as well?

I think secondhand cyberware and bioware, per the rules in Arsenal, should both be available for established characters.
